Meet Kelsey!

Kelsey O’Rourke has a strong and specialized hospitality background ranging from event management, hotel sales, food & beverage management, and hospitality operations. In over five years of working for venues and vendors, she has gained valuable experience in negotiations, vendor relationships, the hotel and travel industry and creative event design. Her insider knowledge is what sets Kelsey apart from most planners. She has fostered and maintained excellent relationships with her clients and vendors both nationally and internationally. Kelsey has taken part in planning and executing some of the most important days of people’s lives. “ I cherish the moment when it all comes together like a grand reveal. My goal is to always ensure that the client enjoys that moment as much as I do.” Cultivate has given Kelsey a creative platform to combine her skills and expertise to the future of events. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys baking, cooking and paying a little too much attention to her plant collection. You might find her on her bike exploring Brooklyn hoping to stumble upon an undiscovered farmer’s market or wine shop. She feel most inspired when taking a few days outside of the city (usually upstate) in search of mountains, a cabin, and a lot of fresh air.
